Phil has been with the RS Consulting group for over 25 years and been a board member for over 15. He specialises in multi-country quantitative research projects, especially in the IT and business supplies sector, with an emphasis on segmentation, market share and customer loyalty. He also maintains our global universe model, which measures business, workplace and employee numbers in over 30 countries and is used for weighting survey data to market size.
Rachel has overall responsibility for everything from briefing through to project development, analysis and reporting. A highly skilled market researcher, she has over 15 years' experience across a wide range of public sector areas, including projects for many local authorities, development agencies, transport executives and NHS primary care trusts. Kate is a highly experienced moderator and also a champion of combined methodologies, regularly directing inter-continental programmes combining both quantitative and qualitative research. Sara has over 15 years' experience in quant and qual market research. She has worked across multiple sectors, and this broad experience has enabled Sara to tackle the most complex of business issues. Since her days at the BA Sustainable Business Unit Sara has maintained a real focus on sustainability and green issues and has taken a lead on the impact of sustainability (and the effects of the Courtauld Commitment) on the packaging industry.
Elke has 17 years' experience in market research, and has worked both client and agency side. Expert in all aspects of quant research, Elke specialises in customer satisfaction and employee loyalty studies, leading in the continuous development of employee engagement surveys for the RS Group. She was previously Head of Research for the UK division of a management consultancy specialising in customer and employee loyalty research.
Andrew leads our Pensions and Public Policy research division. He has designed and managed many high-profile projects for local and national government, plus both the public and private sector. His reports have often contributed directly to government policy – most recently with his 2010 literature review for the Department of Work and Pensions, and the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

Victoria is an experienced researcher with client side experience as research manager at Macmillan Cancer Support. She is adept at social research with vulnerable and hard-to-reach audiences, investigating sensitive issues and ensuring that research meets stakeholders' needs. Fluent in Spanish, she specialises in research projects requiring both quantitative and qualitative solutions, most often for the third sector and the public sector.

Dominika is an expert in public sector research. Several of her publications have examined the effects that current changes to the UK's pensions landscape will have on the whole of society, from employers and employees to pensions providers and professional advisers. Dominika has a wealth of experience in the management of complex multi-methodology projects, is a talented depth interviewer and a native Polish speaker.
Elke is an experienced product manager with expertise in both quant and qual research projects. With degrees in tourism & leisure management from British and German universities and she brings considerable knowledge to our work in this sector. A talented interviewer and moderator in both English and in German, Elke has led the way in incorporating new technology and techniques into research projects.
Dan has gained significant experience in conducting in depth interviews and some on-line focus groups, and has been involved in the managing and analysis stages of major qualitative projects. Dan has worked as a key team member for several ad-hoc and tracking projects. Dan is a native Romanian speaker with an understanding of French and Italian.
Reena specialises in qualitative and quantitative research within the financial services sector, with a focus on employee engagement. Additionally she has worked on high profile project papers in the public domain, including a large qualitative study for the Association of British Insurers on retirement income needs.
Niall is a recent recruit after spending 3 years at MVA transport consultancy. In his time at MVS he worked on major consultancy projects for the Department for Transport (DfT), Transport for London (TfL), the Association of Train Operating Companies (ATOC) and Centro. Niall has conducted policy research studies and evaluations for numerous clients in the transport sector to assist with strategy development.
Danielle joined mruk in 2003 and supports the Client Service Team. As well as being a highly competent data analyst, she is involved in all aspects of administering projects. Her experience covers all areas of quantitative and qualitative research techniques, with a particular focus on transport, health and retail. She is an experienced on line group moderator as well as having extensive experience of carrying out accompanied shops on behalf of our retail clients.
Amie joined mruk in 2004 and has been involved in designing and writing questionnaires, producing samples and graphical analysis, analysing data and report writing as well as moderating a number of online focus groups. She has a particular focus on leisure research, with clients including Museums, Libraries and Archives, housing and she also works extensively in the transport sector.
A graduate from University of Leeds, Becky joined in 2010 and has since been involved in all aspects of research from design, through to project management, analysis and reporting of qualitative and quantitative.
Kavita graduated in 2009 from King's College, London, with a degree in International Management, complementing her degree in Economics from LSE. Since then Kavita has worked at Macmillan Cancer Support in the Intelligence and research department, where her responsibilities included qual and quant research, data analysis, data processing on a range of projects. Kavita is fluent in Russian and Czech.
